This Policy explains our privacy practices for reinventenergy.ro (hereinafter the “Site”). It applies to all services provided by Reinvent Energy SRL (hereinafter “Reinvent Energy”, “we” or “our”) and explains why and how we collect, as well as how we use, the personal information of our clients.

1. Collection of information

When you access and browse the Site, we collect the following information about you.

Information you submit — we receive and store any information sent by completing a quote request or by applying to a job posting published on the site. The quote request forms collect your name and surname, phone number and e-mail address. Applying for one of the open roles collects the data required for recruitment: CV, education certificates and any other information you include in your CV.

Automatic information — when you visit our site we collect information that may constitute personal data: IP address, referral URL, last page visited, browser type and operating system. We may record the date and time of access, as well as the number of interactions on our site.

Log information — when you visit the Site, access the content we provide, e-mail us or apply for a job, we automatically collect and store a series of details: IP address, web address, previously visited site, exit web address, browser used, operating system, date and time, the type of request submitted and any errors returned by the Site.

Other information — we receive and store any information you send through the Site, by e-mail, by phone or through any other communication with our team or in connection with the delivery of contracted services.

2. How we use the information

We collect, store and use the information you provide in order to contact you about your quote requests, the status of services, and changes in the functionality of our services and of the Site.

The information resulting from your use of our services is used as follows:

1. Automatic information — to identify problems with our servers and to administer the Site and our services. This information cannot identify a person except in order to prevent fraud or abuse against the Site or our systems.
2. Statistical tools — to improve our services and our Site.
3. Other information — to answer your quote requests, to hold accurate and relevant information in the event of a dispute or complaint, and to identify concrete ways of improving the services we deliver.

3. Purpose of data processing

When you access or use our services, we need to collect and use your information in accordance with this Policy. We respect your privacy and follow several fundamental principles when processing personal data:

• we collect the minimum personal information necessary to deliver the contracted services;
• we offer full transparency about how we use your information, so as to meet our legal obligations while respecting your privacy;
• we make sure we use the information only for the purpose for which you gave your consent.

Under this Policy, personal data is processed for:

1. Contract — based on your request for a quote for services and products from the Reinvent Energy commercial offering.
2. Legitimate interest — necessary for legitimate purposes such as: delivering the products or services ordered; identifying and preventing illegal activity and fraud; improving the security of our network and IT systems; understanding how visitors interact with our site; assessing the effectiveness of promotional and marketing campaigns.
3. Consent — we rely on your consent to use your personal data in order to deliver the products or services you ordered.

4. Recipients of personal data

Your personal data may be disclosed to the data subject or their representatives, as well as to national or international organisations, to the extent required by a legal provision.

5. Security measures

We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt the information you enter on the Site, in order to protect its security and integrity to and from the Site. When we store critical and sensitive data, we make sure it is encrypted.

Although we are committed to data security and take the necessary measures to ensure a high level of protection, no transmission of data over the internet can be guaranteed to be entirely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee the complete security of the personal data you transfer to us over the internet.

6. Retention period

Personal data is kept and processed for the term of the contracts concluded with Reinvent Energy SRL, plus 10 years from the end of the contractual relationship, unless an applicable legal provision requires a longer retention period.

7. Your rights

As a data subject, you have the following rights in relation to your own personal data:

• the right of access to data (art. 15 of the Regulation);
• the right to rectification (art. 16 of the Regulation), following identification of the requesting person;
• the right to erasure, a request that will be assessed against the express conditions of art. 17 of the Regulation and against the purpose of collection;
• the right to restriction of processing, a request that will be assessed against the express conditions of art. 18 of the Regulation;
• the right to data portability (art. 20 of the Regulation);
• the right to object (art. 21 of the Regulation);
• the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling (art. 22 of the Regulation);
• the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing and with the courts.

8. Age limit

We do not provide services to, and do not collect information from, persons under the age of 18. If you have evidence that a minor has applied on the site or has given us their personal information, please contact us using the details in the “Questions and contact” section.

9. Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. If we decide to change this Policy, we will add the updates here, so that you are informed about the information we collect.

If we make material changes to this Policy, we will announce them in this section, by e-mail or through the Site, at least 15 days before those changes take effect.
